Announcement: Governor Larry Hogan Signs House Bill 413

Last week, Governor Larry Hogan signed into law House Bill 413, which establishes a pilot program on closed captioning for live and archived video streaming on the Maryland General Assembly website.

The pilot program would also help those who are learning English as a second language and those who are unable to understand on-screen dialogue.

Thank you, Governor Hogan, for working to ensure that all citizens have full access to the legislative process in Maryland.
