Diamon Halliburton is a graduate of Towson University, where she earned her degree in English Writing with a minor in Marketing. She currently serves as the Administrative Assistant and Legislative Liaison for the Maryland Governor’s Office of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing. As a CODA (Child of Deaf Adults), she brings personal understanding of the Deaf community to her work. With a background in writing and marketing, she is passionate about using clear communication and strategic thinking to support the office’s initiatives and advocate for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community.
