News from the Federal Level

federalEvery week, ODHH has been emailing updates about what is happening with the current Maryland legislative session. Exciting things are also happening on the federal level. The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has just established a new Disability Advisory Committee (DAC), which will provide advice and recommendations to the FCC on a variety of disability issues within its jurisdiction. It will also facilitate the participation of people with disabilities in proceedings before the Commission. You can learn more HERE.
