Tanea Brown is proud to serve as the Outreach Interpreter Manager at the Governor’s Office of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing, where she has worked since July 2024. She specializes in delivering workshops and trainings, promoting professional development, and ensuring a smooth licensing process for interpreters. Tanea also manages the public database and offers guidance to applicants and interested parties. A graduate of Gallaudet University with a Bachelor of Arts in Deaf Studies, Tanea is Deaf and deeply committed to championing the needs and rights of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community.
